1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClipCannon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipCannon provides AI-powered video analysis, editing, and production tools exposed as MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools. The Service includes a local processing pipeline and optional cloud features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the video content you process through ClipCannon. The Service itself, including its source code, is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1) and will convert to Apache 2.0 on January 1, 2030.

6. Credits and Billing

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipCannon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
